The Recife Convention & Visitors Bureau is at the service of professional associations, companies and organisers and promoters of events to offer the city and region as a venue for events in their field or sector. We can contribute towards bringing your event to Recife as follows: - providing general information about the infrastructure of the city for events and tourism, means of access and the best dates for holding the event; - studying the possibilities of bringing the event to Recife and seeking the support of the public authorities, both state and municipal, and even the individuals and organizations that can contribute to the choice for Recife; - offering information about and making contact with the associated companies of the Recife Convention & Visitors Bureau to provide services for carrying out the event; - preparing Recife's proposal, through letters and institutional support, advertising material about the city and by presenting the proposal at the best moment; - supporting inspection visits to find out more about the city's facilities. In the case of events that have already been scheduled, information and support in promoting the city and region are also provided and have the backing of the municipal and state tourism authorities. |
